Work History
2010 - Responsible for implementation of mobile marketing system delivering over $10 million in benefits direct to the customer within 6 months of operation. Led the development of a mobile marketing platform from initial technology evaluation through product creation and technical acceptance. Created comprehensive reports and campaign management systems to give management information and control of campaign specifications, metrics, b2b integration, and invoicing. Responsible for mobile marketing compliance (FTC, FCC, MMA) and campaign management.
Identified opportunities and develop new mobile concepts, features and business requirements for mobile commerce and applications. Facilitated and managed JAD sessions to solicit and define business requirements. Assisted in the QA process prior to all product launches. Delivered global, complex products and services in web, ecommerce, mobile, CRM, enterprise applications, networking, and real-time systems. Managed full lifecycle development of applications and automated processes that bridge multiple companies, departments, software applications, and business associates through global networks. Analyzed product development trends and design business processes to increase return on investment using statistical indicators and product knowledge.
2009 - Planned and directed information technology development and operations. Analyzed business needs and established priorities for systems design and implementation. Directed the development and modification of systems and capabilities. Designed and implemented end-to-end information system called Rx FastTrak for marketing products delivering mobile coupons through mobile systems such as text messaging, IVR, call center, iPhone, Android, Blackberry, WAP, and the Internet. Increased client sales by 40% in less than 30 days after launching their marketing campaign. Delivered more than $15 million dollars in redeemed coupon savings to the customers of Galderma Laboratories for Clobex and Tri-Luma brands.
2008 - Provided B2B business services requiring seasoned business systems analysts, project managers, and website managers. Managed software development projects; analyze systems by developing comprehensive business process and data models; designed systems based on business and functional requirements. Hosted customers on high performance clustered servers and serve as Webmaster for several business and organizational web sites.
2007 - Identified business needs, costs, and benefits of implementing information technology solutions. Constructed information technology (IT) definitions and determined the security, test, network and hardware needs in scope of the requirements for financial products.
